SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Sexual harassment is any form of unwelcome sexual behavior that is offensive, humiliating or intimidating. It can be written, verbal or physical and due to digital age, it can also occur online.
Both females and males are victims of sexual harassment but women experience it more often than men do.
It can occur anywhere provided it is a social setting. It can occur in a family setting, school, church, workplace and a host of other places.
Sexual harassment also include inappropriate touching, letting and making homophobic comments. It is the use of explicit and implicit sexual overtone.
Sexual harassment has pretty much of effects on victims, some of the effects are:

➤ Unable to concentrate.
➤ Anxiety
➤ Depression
➤ Suicidal thoughts.
➤ Loss of source of income.
➤ Psychological stress.
➤ Health impairment.
➤ Reduction of female participation in labour force.
Sexual harassment is a significant challenge facing our society and it remains a persistent problem in the workplace. It is a violation of human rights, everyone has right to live. Say no sexual harassment!!!
