PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing something excessively and voluntarily, although knowing that it would have bad consequences.

For instance, if you have pretty much of works on your desk but end up wasting time on the internet despite knowing you should be working, you are procrastinating.

People may procrastinate on projects because they believe they will be able to finish them in the future.

Procrastination is one of the biggest roadblocks to getting up, making the right decisions, and living the life you've always imagined.

Procrastination can have a negative impact on a person's mental health, as well as their social, professional, and financial well-being.

People sometimes postpone because they are unable to make timely decisions and feeling overwhelmed by the chores they have to complete.

People tend to regret the things they haven't done more than the things they have. Furthermore, regret and guilt associated with squandered chances tend to linger for far longer.

People's capacity to achieve their goals is typically harmed by procrastination, as evidenced by studies.

Prioritize projects based on their importance, then break down huge, intimidating tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks. On your approach to your ultimate goals, set interim milestones for yourself.

Pay attention to any procrastinating thoughts you have and do your best to resist them. If you find yourself thinking about procrastinating a time bound task, please force yourself to work. Make hay while the sun shines, never put off today tasks to another day. Success often come in form of opportunity and opportunity missed can't be regain. Do the right thing at the right time, stop procrastinating.
