BE GRATEFUL

     "All that glitters is not gold" is a proverb or aphorism which means that the attractive external appearance of something is not a reliable indication of it's true nature.

     Sometimes, the grass is always greener at other side. That is, you think others are living fine than you do.

     Come to think of it, a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. It is better to be content and hold on to what you have than to risk losing everything by seeking to get more.

     You see, in life, we are always in the 'middle' irrespective of our status, there are people who are better than you and there are also people who you are far better than.

     No one has it all, everyone is aspiring every blessed day to better their yesterday.

     Be grateful for what you got, you may not be in the place you aspire to be, please enjoy the process. 

     That does not mean that you should be a mediocre, strive to be the best in everything you do but please enjoy the process, as in be grateful for every stage you find yourself in.

     What you have that you think is nothing is what some are striving to get so as to be established.

     So my dear friend, be grateful for life.
