     "All that glitters is not gold" is a proverb or aphorism which means that the attractive external appearance of something is not a reliable indication of it's true nature.

     Sometimes, the grass is always greener at other side. That is, you think others are living fine than you do.

     Come to think of it, a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. It is better to be content and hold on to what you have than to risk losing everything by seeking to get more.

     You see, in life, we are always in the 'middle' irrespective of our status, there are people who are better than you and there are also people who you are far better than.

     No one has it all, everyone is aspiring every blessed day to better their yesterday.

     Be grateful for what you got, you may not be in the place you aspire to be, please enjoy the process. 

     That does not mean that you should be a mediocre, strive to be the best in everything you do but please enjoy the process, as in be grateful for every stage you find yourself in.

     What you have that you think is nothing is what some are striving to get so as to be established.

     So my dear friend, be grateful for life.

  There is no perfect person on Earth,all and sundry is working day and night to be perfect,to err is human,to forgive is divine.

    There are two personalities that can offend you, which are you and others.

    I know you offending you sound strange to your hearings,it is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf that you can be offended by others but not often obvious that you can offend yourself.But come to think of it,it actually possible for you to offend yourself.

    You may find yourself in a web of  addiction,maybe drugs,porns or any other forms of addictions and you may have tried all means to get yourself out of it but to no avail.As result of this,you have condemned yourself and think there is no hope of a brighter tomorrow.You may have chose not to forgive yourself.

    You may have someone you confided in and trust with your secrets but later on betray your trust and as a result of this,you chose not to forgive.

    Whatever the case may be,the best favour you can do yourself is to forgive yourself.

    You can also forgive yourself by forgiving others because it is just like imprisoning yourself in bitterness if choose not to forgive others because whenever you see the person you lose your peace.

    Sometimes,it advisable to forgive others not because they deserved it but because you deserve a peace of mind.

    Choose to let go and forgive!

       People's behaviours can not be easily predicted.

       When you give them your heart,they end up breaking it in return.

       When you stand with them in their predicament, they keep running when it comes to your turn.

       When you show them love,they show you hatred.

       When you do them good,they pay you back with evil.

       Sometimes,they play or toy with your emotions when they see that you are too emotional.

       They can promise you heaven and earth but ended up giving you hell.

       They can take you for fool when they see that you are over caring.

        Nevertheless,do not be discouraged, keep doing good, nemesis will surely catch up with them.Do good without expecting anything in return.

        A global citizen is person who is well informed about how the the world works. He or she understands the world and his or her place in it.

        A global citizen is not a citizen of a country but a citizen of the world.

        A global citizen can either be a male or a female and it must be noted that everyone is not a global citizen but a potential global citizen.

        Your presence in the world only gives you the platform to be a global citizen and does not automatically makes you a global citizen.

        When you meet up to the criteria or conditions of a global citizen, you will definitely be called one.

        You have to be deliberate about it before you can be refers to as a global citizen.

        For you to be a global citizen, you have to seek every avenue to make this world a better place to live for everyone. Proffer solutions to existing problems. You have to be interested in learning in many languages. You need to be aware of what is going on in the world. You have to be a voice for the voiceless. You have to impact lives.

         In conclusion, instead of you dieing as a local citizen why don't you be a global citizen, let posterity read about you and be inspired to be global citizens. 

         Provided you can think of it,you can achieve it.

          Great inventors are those that dare to make the impossible possible.

         Those who make impossibility possible are those that dream things that were and ask why not?

          In your determination to make the impossiblility possible,you will surely meet with those that will discourage you that what you are embarking on is just a waste of time,that is, it is impossible.
